Job summary

Tenpin is hiring a Customer Service Assistant in the UK. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries and identify sales opportunities while hosting events and serving food and drinks.

The role involves working across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms, and children's parties to ensure a memorable visitor experience. We welcome energetic, confident individuals aged 16+ who can work evenings and weekends in a busy, fun atmosphere.

As we’re a licensed premises, colleagues under 18 will work within the duties and hours permitted for their age, with some duties, such as serving alcohol, reserved for colleagues aged 18 and over.

The Role As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children’s parties.

Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.
