Job summary

Tenpin is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fun-loving team. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, host events, and help serve food and drinks while keeping the centre welcoming and tidy.

You should be confident, energetic and friendly, with a positive attitude. The rest we can teach you, and you will gain experience across departments including Laser Arena, Escape Rooms and karaoke rooms in a busy entertainment venue.

colleagues under 18 will work within the duties and hours permitted for their
age, with some duties, such as serving alcohol, reserved for colleagues aged 18
and over.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant,
you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings,
answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving
food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll work across various
departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences
to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children’s parties. Every day will bring
something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient,
proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional
service as your priority.

Skills You Need
