Job summary

Tenpin is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to help entertain guests and ensure a welcoming, efficient experience across our venues. You’ll handle bookings, respond to inquiries, and support events in a lively, family-friendly environment.

You’ll work across departments—from Laser Arena to karaoke rooms—delivering great service, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean, inviting space. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fully flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and enquiries to provide a seamless guest experience.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events across the centre (Escape Rooms, Laser Arena, Karaoke).
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.
• Collaborate with different departments to deliver outstanding customer service.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You’ll work across various departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children’s parties. Every day will bring something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient, proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional service as your priority.

• Determined, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends
• Approachable, helpful, organised and a strong team player, with good attention to detail
