Job summary

Tenpin in Caerphilly is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to deliver a warm, efficient customer experience across reception bookings, inquiries and events.

You’ll host activities across Laser Arena, Escape Room, karaoke rooms and parties while serving food and drinks and keeping the centre clean and welcoming. Ideal candidates are energetic, proactive and passionate about great service.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and inquiries to create a smooth guest journey.
• Identify sales opportunities and assist hosting events and activities.
• Serve food and drinks and maintain cleanliness across the centre.
• Support across departments, including Laser Arena, Escape Room and karaoke rooms.
• Deliver consistently friendly, proactive customer interactions.

The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant,
you'll provide an excellent customer experience by managing reception bookings,
answering enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting events, serving
food and drinks, and keeping the centre clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

You'll work across various
departments, from running the Laser Arena and hosting Escape Room experiences
to managing karaoke rooms, and hosting children's parties. Every day will bring
something new, keeping the fun flowing!

You should be efficient,
proactive, friendly, and confident in customer interactions, with exceptional
service as your priority.

Skills You Need
