Job summary

Aramark UK is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join the team at Fort George. You will serve food and beverages, keep areas clean, operate tills, and support kitchen teams while delivering a top-quality experience for servicemembers.

The role requires a flexible, team-oriented attitude, strong communication, and eligibility to work in the UK. Training is provided, with on-site parking and customer benefits available.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing, food service, or kitchen experience is desirable (training provided)
• A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
• Customer-focused and a strong communicator
• Eligible to work in the UK and have resided for 3+ years (security clearance required)
• Reliable transport due to site location and limited public transport

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Operate tills and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas
• Support stock rotation and replenishment
• Always uphold health and safety standards
• Keeping the kitchen and back-of-house spotless
• Washing up and supporting the kitchen team
• Helping with deliveries and storage
• Managing waste disposal correctly

Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (including some weekends)
