Aramark UK is seeking a Food Service Assistant to join the team at Weeton Barracks on a part-time basis (25 hours per week, 9:00am–2:00pm). You will supervise the Front of House, deliver professional and welcoming service, and support a busy hospitality operation.

The role involves coordinating service, maintaining cleanliness and safety, working with the culinary team, and contributing to training and development. Aramark offers a supportive environment with progression opportunities.

• Supervising the day-to-day Front of House operation within the Junior Ranks Hub
• Ensuring customers receive a professional, friendly, and welcoming service
• Leading and supporting the Front of House team during daily service
• Coordinating service delivery to ensure an efficient and consistent operation
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service
• Managing staffing levels, break schedules, and team deployment
• Ensuring food safety, allergen, and health and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Working closely with the culinary team to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Monitoring service standards and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Supporting training and development of team members where required

We are currently recruiting for a confident and customer-focused Food Service Assistant to join our team at Weeton Barracks. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong front of house experience who enjoys leading by example, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the smooth running of a busy hospitality environment.
