Job summary

Aramark UK is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join the Fort George site. You will serve food and beverages, operate tills, keep areas clean, and support the kitchen team in a busy, frontline role.

Ideal candidates have customer-facing experience; training is provided. You must be eligible to work in the UK, be reliable, and able to work 35 hours per week across 5 days in a 7-day pattern, including some weekends. On-site parking available.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing, food service, or kitchen experience is desirable (training provided).
• Eligible to work in the UK and have resided for 3+ years (security clearance required).
• Reliable transport due to site location and limited public transport.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Operate tills and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.
• Support stock rotation and replenishment.
• Always uphold health and safety standards.
• Keep kitchen and back-of-house spotless.
• Wash up and support the kitchen team.
• Help with deliveries and storage.
• Manage waste disposal correctly.

Hourly Rate: £12.71 (over 21s)
Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (including some weekends)
