The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, your role is to deliver an outstanding experience for our customers. Responsibilities include booking customers in at reception, being a point of contact for questions, spotting sales opportunities, hosting parties for children and adults, delivering food to lanes, and maintaining cleanliness.

You will participate in various departments, such as hosting children's parties, overseeing the Laser Arena, managing Escape Room experiences, and running karaoke rooms. Each day will bring something different, ensuring the fun never stops!

In this role, you should work efficiently, show initiative, and be friendly. Exceptional customer service is at the heart of your duties. Confidence and comfort when dealing with customers are essential.
