Job summary

OurCoop is hiring a Customer Service Assistant in the United Kingdom. You will help deliver a fantastic store experience, operate tills and assist customers, with shifts that may include evenings and weekends.

You'll listen and communicate clearly with customers and team members, stay enthusiastic under pressure, and maintain a welcoming, well-presented store at all times. We offer employee discounts, 30 days annual leave (rise with service), health programmes, full training and development

Being a Customer Service Assistant with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.
