Customer Service Apprentice - BSS Leeds

Join our friendly and hardworking team as a Customer Service Apprentice at BSS Leeds. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in our success by providing excellent service.

What will I be doing?

1. Delivering high standards of customer service by being helpful and friendly, building strong relationships with our customers.
2. Processing customer orders, answering phones, managing stock, and facing shelves inside the branch.
3. Handling supplier deliveries and accurately booking them into the branch.
4. Participating in full training on our systems and working with a coach during your first 12 months.
5. Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment, prioritizing safety at all times.

Location and Team

This role is based at our BSS Leeds branch, where you'll join a growing team that supports each other. The experienced manager Lisa will guide you throughout your journey.

About the Program

You will enroll in a 12-month program to gain a Level 2 Trade Supplier qualification. All learning is on-the-job, with no work outside of hours required. You'll have a dedicated coach and support from your line manager and team.
