Job description

Help our customers holidays get off to a fantastic start as one of our trusted Travel Money Advisors. Offering great service in our in-store Travel Money bureaus, you’ll be part of our Winning Team — where you can really make a difference.

Role Overview

You’ll be the face of Travel Money for Sainsbury's Bank, building good relationships with customers and providing friendly service that encourages their loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handling currency transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  2. Managing the bureau independently most of the time, making confident decisions.
  3. Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
Candidate Profile

Previous experience in finance or cash handling is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. The ideal candidate loves helping people, has a keen eye for detail, and is comfortable working with large sums of money and figures.

Shift Patterns and Requirements
