Job summary

Student Roost in Belfast is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our student accommodation at Little Patrick Street. You will be at the heart of delivering an exceptional resident experience, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and supporting daily operations from 8am to 8pm.

Customer Service Advisor

Location : Little Patrick Street, Belfast

Salary :£22,850.10 per annum (£13.95 per hour)with overtime paid at 1.25 x hourly rate

Hours : Average of 31.5 hours per week (contracted to 1,638 hours annually) between 8am to 8pm.
