Job summary

NFU Mutual is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Strabane. The role is a full-time 1-year contract with potential extension, working 9am–5pm from 15 Dock Street. You will handle inquiries by phone, email and in person, keep records up to date and support cross-selling of products.

Applicants should have at least 5 GCSEs including English and Maths and strong communication skills. Closing date 9 October 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to new and existing customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy records and manage documentation.
• Generate new business through referrals, inbound enquiries and prospecting.
• Promote additional products through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Assist renewal discussions and review cover needs with customers.
