Activate Group Limited is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for Activate Accident Repair in Mildenhall. The role is the first point of contact for customers and involves greeting visitors, coordinating courtesy cars and communicating with the workshop to manage timelines.

You will deliver exceptional service, update customers on repair progress, handle payments and invoices, and support with complaints while adhering to company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors at the reception area.
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience and deliver excellent service.
• Coordinate logistics for courtesy cars and liaise with the workshop on timelines.
• Update customers regularly on repair progress and any delays.
• Conduct visual checks to flag any incidental damage and avoid uninsured costs.
• Process payments and issue invoices.
• Assist with handling complaints following Company policy and SLA.
