Activate Group is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for Activate Accident Repair in Mildenhall. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues visiting the bodyshop, greeting them, arranging courtesy cars and coordinating with the workshop.

• Inspect vehicles for damages to avoid uninsured costs.
• Process payments and issue invoices.
• Handle complaints per company policy.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.
