Responsibilities

• Reception duties including greeting customers and creating a welcoming experience.

• Coordinate logistics of a collection/delivery service with a large fleet.
• Liaise with workshop to update on completion times and delays.
• Update customers regularly on repair progress.
• Process payments and issue invoices.
• Handle complaints in line with company policy.
