About the Role

The role of Customer Service Advisor will suit you if you have customer service experience and ideally are used to working remotely. The role is a 12 month contract position (Monday-Friday 0900-1700) with an annual salary of £23,900 per year.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be trained in several areas of the business. Day to day, you will be speaking with customers and providing first-class service. You will assist customers with general enquiries, follow up on a multitude of queries, and ensure all administration and documents are completed accurately.

Requirements

• You have at least 2 years’ experience within a customer services role (ideally contact centre experience)
• You are a confident communicator with a friendly and professional telephone manner
• You have strong IT skills and can pick up new systems with ease
• You can work independently and are a natural problem solver
• You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a small team
• You have excellent attention to detail and strong grammatical skills
• You are fluent in English (both speaking and writing) with eligibility to work in the UK
• You are able to travel to Andover for ad-hoc office days
