Liberty Group is seeking a part-time Customer Service Advisor to support our repairs and maintenance services. The role is home-based with training phased in at Knowsley or Havant and offers flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

We're looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our Customer Experience Team on a fixed-term basis to support our busy repairs and maintenance service. We have a number of part-time opportunities available, with both 3-month and 6-month fixed-term contracts on offer.
This is an agile role, allowing you to work predominantly from home. You must, however, be within a commutable distance of either Knowsley or Havant to attend an initial two-week training programme and occasional team meetings or business requirements.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience.
You'll be responsible for handling customer enquiries, updating multiple systems accurately, scheduling appointments, and ensuring every customer receives a professional and efficient service.

Experience within housing repairs, maintenance, utilities, or social housing is desirable, but not essential. We're keen to hear from candidates with a strong customer service background who are eager to learn.
