Axis CLC Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support tenants and clients across the UK. You will resolve inquiries at first contact, handle inbound calls and emails about repairs, and coordinate with subcontractors to keep repair programmes on track.
The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure, with competence in IT systems. Competitive pay up to £28k, 25 days holiday, Perkbox, and development opportunities are offered.

Provide our clients and customers with excellent, first contact resolution services across multiple channels.
Taking inbound calls and emails from tenants and the client for Southern housing Kent & Sussex in relation to repair works: Including giving updates on outstanding repairs, chasing sub-contractors, dealing with residents enquires.
Using IT Systems to book in repairs and rearrange appointments for tenants.
Dealing with tenants' queries over the phone and via emails effectively.
Liaising with Supervisors, Operatives and Sub-Contractors to provide updates on repair works.
Follow and support policies, procedures, initiatives, and work instructions related to sustainability improvement and environmental compliance.
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact effectively with customers via face to face, telephone, or writing
Work effectively within a team as well as independently
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Knowledge of using IT software packages and/or company systems
Technical knowledge of repairs within the maintenance or building industry would be an advantage
A Salary of upto 28k depedning on experience
