Job summary

Countrywide Healthcare in Barnsley is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our office-based team. You will handle customer orders across B2B and B2C channels, resolve inquiries, and provide after-sales support to ensure a positive customer journey.

Key duties include processing orders accurately, managing tickets within SLAs, upselling where appropriate, and maintaining precise records in our CRM/ERP systems. A customer-focused attitude and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or order processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage customer enquiries by phone, email and face-to-face.
• Provide alternatives for out-of-stock products and manage back orders.
• Handle after-sales support including returns, credits, amendments and delivery queries.
• Manage service tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes within company systems.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support business growth through upselling, cross-selling and promotions.
• Undertake additional duties as required.
