Premier Placement Services is seeking a Customer Service / IT Support professional to join their Sandbach office on a temp-to-perm basis. The role offers training and a pathway to permanency, with duties to provide first line support and technical guidance to customers and resellers.

Key requirements include excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical skills, and the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines while maintaining accurate records.

Duties:-

Provide first line support and customer service to customers and resellers. Offer technical advice, troubleshoot issues and maintain accurate records of interactions and technical data.

Hours:-

8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday

Pay

£28k per annum, potential for this to increase in time as skill set develops
