Job summary

Acorn Stairlifts UK is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (Installations) at our Steeton, West Yorkshire headquarters. The role focuses on coordinating installations, liaising with engineers and customers, and maintaining accurate customer records. Full-time hours, Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm with Saturdays on a rota.

Starting salary is £13.00 per hour, with KPI incentives up to £2,400 per year. The ideal candidate will combine strong telephone, IT and interpersonal skills with good UK geography

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar role would be an advantage.
• Good telephone manner.
• Good IT and keyboard skills.
• An outgoing and friendly manner is essential.
• Good UK geographical knowledge (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Answering the phone and dealing with customer queries in order to provide excellent customer service
• Liaising with customers to arrange installations of their stairlift ensuring a smooth and efficient installation
• Liaising daily with the Acorn Engineers to arrange appointments and accommodation etc.
• Inputting data on to customers records to ensure that customer records are kept up to date at all times
• Excellent Transport Links to Leeds, Bradford and Skipton (from the ad)

Type of Contract:Full Time

Starting Salary:£13.00 P/H increase to be reviewed after probation period passed(+ up to £2400 per year in KPI related incentives)

Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (Saturdays on a rota 1 in 6 approx)
