Job summary

BiGDUG in Gloucester is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor to deliver excellent service across phone, email and in person. You will work with internal teams to resolve issues, upsell where appropriate, and continually deepen product knowledge to guide customer choices.

Qualifications

• Ideally a background in customer services, either telephone or face to face.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to form relationships with customers and the team.
• Ability to use own initiative to ensure satisfactory conclusions for business and customer.
• Confident and passionate about delivering great service.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent and consistent customer service experience via telephone, email and face to face with internal colleagues.
• Ensure all customer contacts are handled well, giving customers the best possible experience of our brand.
• Liaise with internal departments such as Accounts and Warehouse when necessary.
• Actively help customers to buy through cross and upsell opportunities.
• continually develop knowledge of company products and provide accurate information to customers.
