This Role: Customer Service Advisor known as a Property Advisor - Full TimePermanent - 37.5hrs per week - Fully Office Based

MTVH are recruiting for a Property Advisor who will answer our customers' queries relating to Estates Management and Property Maintenance. This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will get to make a real difference to our customers. This isn't a standard contact centre position; be prepared to be tested on your communication abilities and your commitment to providing customer excellence. Our property desk is fully office-based in our fantastic Waterfront office location in Beeston.

What you'll need to succeed:

You will already be customer-focused with a can-do attitude and a positive approach. You will have the ability to remain composed under pressure whilst demonstrating empathy to our diverse range of customers. A natural multi-tasker, you will operate in an organised and structured manner; be detail-driven and capable of producing outstanding quality work at all times.

This role requires you to have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills in order to resolve queries received at the first point of contact in a timely and positive manner. You will need to have typing ability along with moderate IT literacy skills and an understanding of property components and/or structure. No two days are the same, so you must enjoy working in a varied and busy property repairs and maintenance environment.
