Job summary

After training you may work hybrid from Avonmouth with a Monday–Friday schedule. The role includes a salary of £26,388 per year, a potential annual bonus up to 3%, and benefits such as a generous holiday allowance and on‑site facilities.

We have a fantastic opportunity for aService Advisorto join the team At Nisbets!

As a Service Advisor you will be the key point to provide a great service to customers contacting the Service Department. You will be the first point of contact for customers with questions about machinery, ensuring they get friendly and helpful assistance. Once trained you will be able to offer basic technical advice, handle repairs, and advise whether the products are in or out of warranty. You will get to work with a very collaborative and supportive team, who really do live and breathe the true meaning of teamwork, where everyone pulls together to get things done.

This role will be based at ourAvonmouth officeWorkingMonday – Friday 8:00-4:45 or 8:15-17:00depending on shift, there will be flexibility to work from home as part of a hybrid working pattern following a period of training.

Annual Salary £26,388

Key Accountabilities
  • Acts as the first point of contact for customers, takes responsibility for processing each call, email or QMS through to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Raising repair requests, in or out of warranty.
  • Offering troubleshooting advice to reduce the need for collecting units for repair or sending engineers to site.
  • Undertakes any additional Service activities as requested by the Service Team Leader
Capabilities, Skills and Experience Required
  • Experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and company systems.
  • An excellent standard of written and spoken English.
  • Attention to detail must be on point, and this role will need someone who is calm under pressure, and who can multitask whilst also thinking out of the box to achieve the best resolution for the customer
