Job summary

Marine Resources is seeking a friendly Customer Service Advisor to welcome berth holders and visitors at a busy marina on the South Coast. You’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries and help create a positive experience.

The role blends office duties with time spent around the marina, with weekend and bank holiday shifts. Previous boating knowledge is a bonus but not essential, and you’ll be trained on the marina’s software.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence handling enquiries and converting them into bookings or sales.
• A good grasp of computer systems – you’ll be trained on the marina’s software.
• A ‘can-do’ attitude and a strong sense of teamwork.
