EE Gosforth is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Sunderland to join our evenings contact centre team. You will answer incoming calls, help customers find the best mobile and broadband deals, and match them with the right EE products.
This part-time role offers 20 hours per week with evening shifts 3pm–9pm and alternating Saturdays. A starting salary around £26k with uncapped commission and strong benefits awaits.

What does being a sales advisor involve?
You’ll join a lively sales team in our contact centre. We’ll train you to take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on their phones and broadband. You’ll also help them to navigate the different tech products we sell. You need to be a great listener as well as a fluent talker. A lot of the time, you’ll pick up on something that someone has said, then use that to match them with the perfect product.
