Job summary

EE Gosforth in Wallsend (Newcastle upon Tyne) is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for 20 hours per week with evening shifts. The role is permanent, with shifts mid-week 3pm–9pm and every other Saturday 11:00–17:00, based in Wallsend, Tyne and Wear.

You will join a lively sales team, training to handle incoming calls, helping customers find the best EE deals on phones and broadband, and guiding them through different tech products with a strong focus on listening and

Customer Service Representative

Start date: October 2026 onwards

Location: Wallsend, Tyne and Wear, GB, NE28 8

Where: EE Gosforth (Gosforth Park Way, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 8ET) or EE Tyneside (Silver Fox Way, Newcastle upon Tyne NE27 0QJ)

Part time: Permanent

Hours: 20 hours per week (evenings)

Shifts: Evening shifts mid week between 3pm and 9pm and every other Saturday 11:00-17:00
