Play an important part in our journey
You'll work as part of a team to ensure the delivery of the best customer service to our internal teams and customers. You'll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing advice and solutions to customer queries. In our busy and friendly team, your role is to respond to and action a wide range of queries and requests, which may come from our National Account Sales team. You'll investigate and log calls in line with our service levels through our Reflex system. With everything you do, you'll work towards reaching solutions and enhancing our customer experience. This role is fast-paced but rewarding, keeping you busy as you help our teams and customers grow.
