Job Role: Service Advisor

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Salary: Dependant on experience (up to £35,000 OTE)

I am recruiting for a rapidly growing automotive dealership in the Tunbridge Wells area. They are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their successful team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Service Advisor and strong customer service skills.

Service Advisor responsibilities include:

  • Managing all service telephone and walk-in inquiries
  • Greeting customers, qualifying, and identifying their needs for vehicle drop-off
  • Updating customers throughout the service process
  • Discussing and upselling additional work
  • Forwarding diarised unsold work
  • Carrying out inspections as necessary prior to handover
