An established industry player is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team in Peterborough. Salary: £26,990 per annum (£14.83 per hour)
Location: Peterborough
Job Type: Permanent, 35 hours per week, between 8am and 6pm. Initially onsite, transitioning to hybrid after successful probation.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will handle repair-related inquiries, diagnose faults, and ensure our customers receive prompt and effective service. Your role involves delivering exceptional customer care, coordinating with contractors and internal stakeholders, and keeping all parties informed throughout the process. Your professionalism, efficiency, and empathy will help build strong customer satisfaction.
The starting salary for this role is £26,990 per annum (£14.83 per hour). Applicants who do not meet all requirements may start at 5% or 10% below this rate.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, capable of managing high volumes of calls and emails. You should provide clear, accurate information, pay close attention to detail when recording data, and possess strong communication skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
