Join our team as a Customer Service Advisor!

We have an exciting opportunity to join the front of house team at our Peterborough Prestige site as a Customer Service Advisor.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating front of house, including direct customer contact and providing support in various ways. You will be passionate about delivering an expert and personal experience, ensuring customers feel valued and in safe hands.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the customer experience journey, including handling complaints and resolutions.
• Booking customers in and arranging vehicle collections and returns.
• Providing fast and efficient service to insurers and customers.
• Administering customer files accurately and building genuine rapport.
• Updating computer systems and portals.
• Handling inbound and outbound telephone and email enquiries.
• Working towards targets to achieve team and individual goals.
• Meeting customer satisfaction targets through feedback.
• Moving vehicles on the forecourt.

About You

You should have previous experience in a customer service role, preferably with automotive repair knowledge.

You will have:

• Excellent customer service skills, with effective communication in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Good organisational skills.
• The ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with administration and computer systems, such as MS Office.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to work independently to meet targets.
• A good understanding of local transport logistics.
