Customer Service Representative – Office Working

Inspired by their unique client base, our client is looking to expand their customer service team to continue providing top-quality, tailored customer experiences.

Employment Type: Full-time, temporary to permanent

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 11 am - 8 pm, with alternate weekends

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative
  • Build rapport with customers in a consultative manner
  • Listen to customers' needs to provide positive and tailored solutions
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's services and products to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Communicate with customers and clients via live chat platforms
Key Skills and Experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great team player
  • Six months contact centre experience (not essential)
  • Strong communication skills
