Part Time Customer Service Specialist

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm

Location: Milton Keynes Office Based

Salary: £28,000 Pro-rata

Type: Temporary to Permanent

My luxury goods client is looking for a Part Time Customer Service Specialist with a passion for providing excellent service and going the extra mile. This role is fully office based, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 3pm. You will join their expanding E-commerce team, dealing with internet orders. Your primary responsibilities include delivering first-class customer service via email, phone, and live chat, as well as assisting with processing orders and returns. You will work closely with the E-commerce and Operations teams in a rapidly growing business unit.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by answering queries primarily via email and telephone.
• Prepare pick tickets for received orders.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and discrepancies promptly.
• Communicate with couriers about shipments.
• Create manual web orders.
• Manage stock levels to ensure availability.
• Verify product consistency across the site.
• Coordinate orders within internal systems.

Desired Attributes:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; Salesforce experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to multitask and respond quickly to urgent inquiries.
• Effective communication with internal departments.
• Professional telephone and email manner.
• Confidence in engaging with a diverse customer base.
• Interest in sporting goods or fashion is a plus.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms is desirable but not essential.
