Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Boldon Colliery
Salary/Hourly Rate: £12.37 per hour
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Working Hours/Days: 8 hours per day (40 hours per week) between 8am and 8pm Monday to Sunday (weekend work including)

As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who have received a Debt Recovery letter. Your responsibilities will include taking payments, setting up payment arrangements, and handling customer queries - all with a professional and empathetic approach.
