Job summary

Express Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Sales Advisor for their busy team in the Eastwood area. The role involves handling telephone-based customer service, explaining technical information clearly and guiding customers on products and services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a telephone-based customer service role, ideally business to business.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical information to customers.
• Good organisational skills to manage multiple customer enquiries and orders simultaneously.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, including email and online chat.
• Provide guidance on products, services, and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customers and transactions.
• Prepare documentation including invoices, proformas, credit notes, and shipping labels.
