CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR – TEMPORARY OPPORTUNITY

SHIFT: Rota basis across Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and Sundays (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

LOCATION: Motherwell

PAY RATE: £12.75 per hour

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a 12-week temporary opportunity with one of our well-established clients in Motherwell.

This is an excellent role for an individual with strong communication skills who thrives in fast-paced customer service environments.

Day-to-Day Duties

• Delivering outstanding customer service via phone, email, and live web chats
• Managing customer queries and complaints
• Providing product and service information
• Meeting individual and team-based targets
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure resolution of issues
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Experience in customer service (retail, call centre or similar fast-paced environment)
• Ability to multi-task and stay organised under pressure
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Full flexibility across shifts including weekends
• Contact centre or call handling experience
• Background in high-volume customer service roles
