Customer Service Advisor – Temporary Opportunity (2 Additional Vacancies)

Shift: Rota basis across Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and Sundays (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Location: Motherwell

Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour

People Solutions are delighted to support one of our well-established clients in Motherwell, who are looking for two additional Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a 12-week temporary assignment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat
  • Manage a variety of customer queries and complaints efficiently
  • Provide accurate product and service information
  • Meet individual and team performance targets
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions
What we are looking for
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience (retail, call centre, or fast-paced environment)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work well under pressure
  • Positive, proactive attitude towards problem-solving
  • Full flexibility to work across the required shift patterns, including weekends
  • Previous contact centre or high-volume call handling experience
  • Background in high-volume customer service roles
Training
  • Full training will be provided, along with ongoing support throughout your assignment
