Customer Service Advisor
Trafford Park, Manchester

Position: Permanent, full-time (Hybrid working - 1 day per week in office)

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm with 1-hour lunch

What You’ll Do:
  • Respond to inbound inquiries through various channels.
  • Manage customer orders with attention to detail to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with operations teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by understanding customer needs.
  • Assist customers in navigating our digital platforms for convenience.
  • Keep updated on our products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
