This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists in our busy Luton site.

As part of a team of specialist Customer Service Advisors, you will be the face of our Bodyshops. Your responsibilities include booking customer cars for repairs, preparing job cards, providing vehicle progress reports, arranging courtesy cars, and handling financial transactions with attention to banking and security arrangements, including excess payments on insurance policies.

As the first point of contact, you will liaise directly with customers, the bodyshop, and third parties to ensure an excellent customer experience.

About You

We seek candidates with a passion for our industry, a professional appearance, a customer-focused attitude, teamwork mentality, and IT literacy. Problem-solving skills, knowing when to escalate issues, and supporting retail sales development are advantageous. You must have experience in a fast-paced customer-facing role within the automotive industry (dealership, accident repair, service, or sales), and a full UK Driving Licence is essential.
