Salary £12.25 per hour to £13.75 dependent on skills and experience.
Full Time – Monday to Thursday, 8.30am–5pm 8.30am–4pm Fridays (39Hrs)
Job Description:
Works as part of the customer services team in a busy telesales environment. Answer the telephone politely and efficiently. Accurately books customer orders. Deals with customer service and sales enquiries promptly and professionally including by email. Adheres to company policies and procedures including Health and Safety policy. Always represents the company in a professional manner.
