Customer Service Advisor

Kidderminster

Salary £12.25 per hour to £13.75 dependent on skills and experience.

Full Time – Monday to Thursday, 8.30am–5pm 8.30am–4pm Fridays (39Hrs)

Job Description:

Works as part of the customer services team in a busy telesales environment. Answer the telephone politely and efficiently. Accurately books customer orders. Deals with customer service and sales enquiries promptly and professionally including by email. Adheres to company policies and procedures including Health and Safety policy. Always represents the company in a professional manner.

  • Customer Service & Sales Support:
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a friendly, professional way.
  • Help customers place orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a sales/customer service role.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Organised, able to prioritise jobs and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable, punctual, and open to learning new systems and processes.
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
