An established industry player is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Solihull. The successful candidate will be solely focused on the project (37 hours; 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, with one day from 9am – 4:30pm).
Responsibilities include call handling for the majority of the role, using a designated line for this project. A script with FAQ answers will be provided. There will be limited email correspondence.
Training will be provided, and support will always be available onsite.
Experience in contact centres or familiarity with handling phone calls under pressure is desired.
