Job summary

EE Merthyr Tydfil Contact Centre is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy, customer-focused team. You will engage with customers over the phone, provide support and guidance, and help resolve queries while delivering exceptional service.

The role is 37.5 hours per week in Merthyr Tydfil. Salary starts at £26,116 and rises to £26,738 after 8 months, plus an uncapped monthly commission and a range of benefits including private healthcare and family leave.

EE Merthyr Tydfil Contact Centre - 37.5 Hours per week

Shift pattern:

Monday - OFF

Tuesday - 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Wednesday - 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Thursday - 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Friday - 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Saturday - 9:00AM - 3:00PM

Sunday - OFF
