Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor at ProCook!

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? ProCook is searching for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our vibrant team!

In this role, you will be the voice of our company, assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring their experience with us is nothing short of fantastic.

Your Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will handle customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will provide assistance, resolve issues, and deliver an outstanding level of service.

A Day in the Life:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through different communication channels.
  • Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and returns.
  • Work closely with the sales and operational teams to address customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer suggestions.

What You Will Bring:

  • This position is based on a rota with availability to work the below shifts:
    In one week, you will work on Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8 AM to 8 PM, with Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday off.
    In the following week, you will work on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM, with Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday off.
  • A strong passion for customer service and helping others.
  • Must be confident speaking on the phone and answering customer queries
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in a customer service role or retail environment is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • Hourly rate of £13.08
