Location:Site 5, Hill Barton Industrial Estate, Exeter
Hours:Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.30 with 1 hour lunch
Salary:£25,843 per annum (OTE £27,626 per annum)

About the Role
The role is to maintain City West Country (CWC) fleet reputation of excellent customer service by expanding customer contact to increase customer service levels.

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities

  • Responsible for making pre & post calls to customers
  • Maximise opportunity for customer feedback
  • Effectively liaise with fleet sales, operations and logistics teams
  • Ensure customer focus is priority
  • Reviews customer feedback and helps to implement improvements.

What's required from you?

  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Good telephone skills
  • Dynamic and driven
  • Good administration and IT skills including Excel.
