A leading company in the motor industry is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to enhance customer service levels. The role involves making calls to customers, gathering feedback, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Location:Site 5, Hill Barton Industrial Estate, Exeter
Hours:Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.30 with 1 hour lunch
Salary:£25,843 per annum (OTE £27,626 per annum)

About the Role
The role is to maintain City West Country (CWC) fleet reputation of excellent customer service by expanding customer contact to increase customer service levels.
