Job description

Jark Stevenage is currently looking to recruit a customer service advisor to join a well-established electrical wholesaler.

An exciting career opportunity has arisen for a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join their team and be part of their online operation based in Biggleswades, assisting in the day-to-day running of the customer service department.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:30 pm

This position is on-site in Biggleswades.

Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls to customers and internal stores
  2. Processing customer website orders
  3. Processing internal store orders
  4. Communicating with customers via online chat and email
  5. Tracking orders and liaising with courier networks
  6. Assisting customers with website usage and order placement
  7. Performing general office and customer service duties

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Computer literate
  • Previous experience in an office-based customer service environment preferred
  • Customer telephone and email experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and initiative
  • Enjoy working with people and able to work as part of a team

Full training will be provided on our in-house computer systems.
