We're now looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors to join our amazing wholesale market unit team at Raynesway, Derby.
Where you will be working 37 hours per week between 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
We have exciting new roles within our ever-changing and growing specialist back-office function.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll provide a consistent and exceptional service to our retailers and NHH customers.
This will include ensuring positive retailer and customer outcomes are at the heart of everything we do. You will ensure we deliver the right solution for every customer following their first contact, as well as supporting them when things don’t go so well.
Accuracy and efficiency are key attributes of this role, ensuring a right-first-time mindset. The role holder will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our policies, procedures, and data management strategy.
In this role, you will undertake all aspects of Wholesale Market Unit activities that contribute to an exceptional retailer and customer service experience.
Your tasks will vary, as will your means of contacting customers whether through voice or email. It is imperative that this is done promptly and properly.
We want someone who’s keen to make a positive difference to our customers. Your character, positivity, and a caring attitude are the qualities we’re looking for. It’s great if you have some customer-focused experience such as retail, hospitality, sales, or similar. But even if you haven’t, we can help you with this.
It’s a fast-paced environment, so you’ll need to be comfortable resolving one query and then moving quickly onto the next.
