Job summary

Müller Milk & Ingredients in East Kilbride is seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a part-time basis to support customers and ensure a positive experience. You will be part of a friendly, collaborative team handling calls, emails and orders, with duties that include record-keeping and cross-department collaboration.

The role requires strong communication, MS Word/Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Passionate about delivering great customer service? Join us as a Customer Service Advisor based in our East Kilbride office, where you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring every interaction is a positive one.

Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you'll thrive in a collaborative environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Please note, this is a part-time position where you’ll be working 27.5 hours per week across 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota system.

What you'll do:

You’ll be at the heart of our customer service operation, keeping records and reports updated while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From handling calls and emails to resolving queries, you’ll deliver a positive experience that keeps our customers coming back.

other duties include:

• accurately capturing customer orders using AS400/SAP systems
• collaborating with internal teams (Production Planning, Commercial, etc) to meet customer needs
• Administration of customer data files and other support documentation.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience delivering excellent customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
