Customer Service Advisor – Exeter (EX5) – 8:30-17:00 (Monday – Friday) - £25,000 + Benefits (24 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Free parking, Cycle to work scheme + more)

Elite Recruitment is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for one of our clients, a leading manufacturer in their field, based in Exeter (EX5). This permanent role is office-based, working from 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer liaison – answering phone calls and emails from customers, including handling complaints, and updating customer records accordingly.
  2. Internal liaison – collaborating with the sales team, warehouse, and external distribution companies.
  3. General administrative tasks including order processing and invoice issuance.
What You'll Bring
  1. IT literacy, especially within Microsoft Office. Prior knowledge of CRM systems is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  2. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
  3. Confidence working both independently and within busy teams.
