Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be delivering high levels of service so that customers' needs are met and appropriate outcomes are delivered. Through positive engagement, you will ensure that customers are at the heart of what we do, aiming for first-time resolution and a positive customer experience.

We are looking for someone to:

  • Deliver positive customer experiences throughout the customer journey
  • Communicate clearly and transparently with customers to ensure they understand the current situation
  • Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by challenging existing processes and practices and recommending change where appropriate
  • Manage vulnerable customer cases to ensure the most appropriate support is provided
  • Identify and accurately record any complaints received from customers and achieve first-time resolution
  • Effectively communicate with customers to maintain relationships and provide positive experiences
Qualifications

Essential

  • Experience in a Customer Service role
  • Ability to communicate with customers in technical, detailed conversations via phone and email, delivering information clearly and concisely, ensuring all relevant information is shared, and outcomes and actions are agreed upon
  • Excellent attention to detail
